Bootleg Celebrity Copying
Making bootleg copies or character simulations of famous people.
These copies can take several forms;
- Illegal clones - stolen genetic material is used to make a cloned body or infant with the same DNA as the celebrity in question.
- Cloned meat products - some celebrities allow their DNA to be used to grow meat for modospohont consumption; however there is a thriving trade in meat grown from stolen DNA.
- Illegal character simulations - the personality of a celebrity can be copied using a variety of observational methods, or copied illegally from licensed character simulations, to create illicit virtual simms or characterbots. These can then be sold on the black market.
- Illegal copied of the full uploaded personality of a celebrity can be made, where available. This copy can be made from the data obtained during a backup procedure, in a so-called back-up hijack. Sometimes these hijacked copies can be sold as virtual slaves for sale to the highest bidder.
